KOOMZEA
Koomzea Limited — Nairobi, Kenya

Building practical businesses across commerce and technology.

Koomzea Limited builds and operates focused ventures in digital commerce, artificial intelligence, product innovation and consulting.

01About Koomzea

Koomzea is the parent and operating company behind a small group of focused ventures. We don't just fund them — we build and run them.

Each brand takes on one clear problem, with a small team close to the work. Commerce and technology sit side by side because the useful ideas usually come from moving between them.

We are early, and we're comfortable saying so. What we can promise is that everything here is real, in progress, and built for the people who will actually use it.

03What we're building

Work currently in progress across the group.

BeiMoto shopping desk

Private beta

The WhatsApp-first concierge, running with a small group of shoppers while we sharpen how it qualifies, verifies and recommends.

Chat and voice assistants for contact centres

Client work

UpeoLabs consulting work: conversational systems that handle real customer contact without making people repeat themselves.

Agentic platforms for marketing and affiliate work

In development

Systems that carry out multi-step commercial workflows end to end, with a person kept in the loop where judgement matters.

Model and platform partnerships

In progress

Registered partner relationships with leading AI providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic, with certification and capability-building work underway.

04How we build

Four habits that shape every venture we start.

01

Start small, ship early

A narrow version in real hands teaches us more than another month of planning.

02

Solve real local problems

We build for how people actually shop, pay and communicate here, not for a market we've read about.

03

Build for trust and verification

Checking a claim before passing it on is worth more than moving one step faster.

04

Technology in service of the customer

If a clever system doesn't make someone's decision easier, it hasn't earned its place.
